Your home visit includes a brief discussion of your ear and hearing history and an examination of both ears. If wax removal is suitable, James chooses microsuction, water irrigation or manual removal based on what he finds. He rechecks your ears afterwards and gives aftercare advice. The £75 price covers one or both ears, with payment after the appointment.

Who will visit me?
James will carry out your home visit. For the past couple of years, he has worked alongside an experienced ear care clinician in a clinic and on mobile visits.
